Learning to make sleep a top priority is an important life skill that is often pushed to the side in favor of ‘the hustle’. Let me just stop you there, the hustle is not healthy at all.  Making your body and mind the main focus and then putting everything else in line behind them is how you succeed in anything. If your control center and vessel of life are not operating well then nothing else will go well either.  If there are issues with sleep for you or your family you need to look into it. Find a sleep specialist and make sure things like sleep apnea, sleep cycles, and sleep needs are in check and addressed.
